Going Green

I chose "Going Green" as my topic because I think that people need to think that their actions and how it is affecting the planet. We want to take care of planets because if we dont then kids in the future will not know what a polor bear or a penguin is becuase the ice caps will be melted and the polar bears and penguins will drown. I hope that this blog shows peole the importance of going green and helping the environment.

Why Go Green

There are meany reasons that yo should go green. One main reason is that if you don't start to take care of the planet then the ice caps will melt. If the ice caps melt not only will it kill polar bears it wil cause the see level to rise putting places like cape cod under water. Another thing that will happen if the ice caps melt is that since the ice caps are fresh water when they melt it will throw the amount of salt water in the ocean off. Animals that live in the ocean like fish, dolphins, and manatees will not be able to adapt that fast to the change of the water.
